Analytical Writing Assessment asks the test takers to do essay critiquing the brief argument presented. It is the only part of this test that isn’t multiple-choice, so test takers will be given 30 minutes to read that argument and complete the essays. 3. Verbal Analysis section has 36 questions that cover Critical Reasoning, Sentence Correction, and Reading Comprehension. These questions are divided evenly between 3 question types, with the Sentence Correction getting more than a third of its section, and the Critical Reasoning & Reading Comprehension making up less than a third of section. 4. Quantitative Analysis section has 31 math questions that are roughly divided between the Problem Solving & Data Sufficiency. The multiple-choice and computer-adaptive section will take around 62 min to complete, on average 2 mins per question.
